Your email reports of your lifestyle while sheltering-in-place, I have found very interesting. A number of you have sent useful advice for using this time productively.
Recently I had an email from Rocki in Austin:
Bonjour, Anne, I hope this finds you safe & at home. What an experience we are having. My husband ventures out to the grocery store with his bandana looking like he’s an old-timey bank robber.
I haven’t left the house in a month. I’m actually enjoying getting so much done. My French class meets on Zoom. We do see our daughter as she is also self-isolated.
People on Facebook & Instagram were asking for reading suggestions. I posted this photo of your books. I said they are life-changing books that you can often re-visit.
Stay safe. Blessings & hugs. — Rocki
Mille mercis to Rocki for recommending the Chic & Slim books.
In his recent address to the nation, French president Emmanuel Macron told the French people that they would have to “reinvent” themselves to survive the difficulties of the COVID-19 crisis.
The Chic & Slim books give guidelines on how to reinvent yourself as a chicer, slimmer, savvy and more successful person. This time we are sheltering-in-place is a good time to read or re-read the books for tips on how to reinvent ourselves for what may be even more difficult days to come.
